Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation within the 30-day period before arrival, the guest is required to pay 50% of the total price. In the event of a no-show, guests must pay the full total price.

If a cancellation occurs and cancellation fees become due, the calculated amount must be transferred to our bank account within 30 days. Bank details are available upon request via info@gaestehaus-steiert.de or on the "Legal Notice" (Impressum) page of this website.
